A large, complex enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Modernization Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a high-visibility financial systems and workflow transformation initiative. This role was created to address a critical change leadership and adoption gap within a multi-year Finance, Treasury, and Financial Controls modernization program. The position is highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing, and delivery-oriented, requiring consistent on-site presence in downtown Dallas. The OCM Lead will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, Audit, and technology delivery teams to ensure successful adoption of new workflows, systems, and operating models.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned to Finance and Accounting modernization objectives
Conduct enterprise-level change impact assessments across Treasury Management, Credit and Risk, Accounting, Internal Audit, and related financial functions
Identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained change
Develop and manage change communications, including leadership messaging, employee updates, and readiness communications
Partner with and oversee training resources to ensure effective end-user training programs are developed and delivered
Assess organizational readiness and proactively identify adoption risks, resistance points, and capability gaps
Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and support behavioral change
Provide post-implementation support to ensure long-term adoption and stabilization
Define, track, and report OCM success metrics, readiness indicators, and adoption KPIs
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, functional Finance leaders, and technical delivery teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
5+ years of hands-on Organizational Change Management experience, preferably within large, regulated, or highly structured environments
Proven experience leading change strategy execution for enterprise programs or transformations
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visual communication tools such as Canva
Nice to have:
Formal Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar)
