Job Description:

F-35 Block 4 Development is seeking a skilled Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in driving the future of F35 portfolio. This role is key to providing the warfighter critical capabilities in a timely manner while ensuring the long-term success of the F35 product line.

Job Responsibility:

  • Achieving critical program milestones for internal/external customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success
  • Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, and six or more years of experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage complex issues, and drive teams to meet deadlines and implement solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
  • Must currently possess Secret clearance

Nice to have:

  • Aerospace/Defense experience, with focus areas in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and/or Manufacturing
  • Master’s Degree, PMP
  • Experience in cost account management (CAM) in a development project
