Job Description:

We're looking for a External Contracts Managers to join our Property Care team where you'll be taking ownership of a Roofing programme to deliver replacement roof coverings and support a variety of externally sourced contracts which could include windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects in support of our objective of providing excellent service to our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking ownership of a Roofing programme to deliver replacement roof coverings
  • Support a variety of externally sourced contracts which could include windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations
  • Forge strong relationships with our partner providers
  • Challenge and push change
  • Drive improvement in the delivery of our services
  • Take on a variety of maintenance projects requiring more complex or specialist intervention

Requirements:

  • Experience of the Housing Association environment
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to travel across the whole geography to sites and contractor meetings
  • Ability to commute to one of our primary offices in either Eastleigh or Bracknell
