ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert-level Acquisition Professional.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acquisition Professionals (AP) provides acquisition support on functions for program management
  • Assists program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams
  • Advice to Government on acquisition / solicitation / award strategy
  • Development / refinement of acquisition strategy, including drafting, documentation management, tracking of status, organizing meetings
  • Requirements phase gathering and documentation, including management and integration of contract requirements from multiple sources solicitation drafting / administration / strategy
  • RFI / RFP administration: tracking, documenting correspondence and questions from prospective vendors, support for industry day activities
  • Source selection administration: organizing proposal review process, administration of Government scoring, Government proposal review documentation management, etc.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required
  • Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC acquisition management, DoD/IC contracting, or DoD/IC contract management is required
  • Minimum of five years’ experience writing pre-solicitation documents in compliance with NSA/CSS Policy 8-2, including annexes, or another DoD Agency’s similarly guiding acquisition policy
  • Experience in DoD source selection desired
  • Minimum of three years’ experience guiding Major System Acquisition programs through the acquisition life cycle including preparation for multiple Milestone Decisions (Milestone Decisions A, B, C, IOC and/or FOC)
