Salesforce Developer at Boeing make sure that fleet at the world’s largest aerospace company continues to meet the reliability and safety by contributing towards the development and maintenance of in-house software and programs essential for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively communicate with the business & Product Specialist to understand technical needs and devise appropriate solutions
  • Modify, improve or implement new functionality and be tasked with keeping activities on track for timely delivery
  • Lead through process transformation, and leverage current digital trends
  • Independently take up and participate in full life cycle development. This includes: Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Testing, Realization and Deployment
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems
  • Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
  • Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments
  • You will work under the general direction as part of an agile development team
  • Experience with pair-programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other XP engineering practices

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 Years of experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer on Salesforce Platform
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience on designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud (Customer communities)
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience Salesforce Developer (Apex, SOQL, VF Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components)
  • At least 3 years’ experience implementing solutions using Salesforce Coding Best Practices and Standards
  • Hands on experience defining, implementing data sharing model (custom sharing and sharing calculations)
  • Hands-on experience of Integration with other platforms/systems using SOAP/REST/Platform Event based architecture
  • Able to leverage OOB solutions and configurations (workflow rules, process builder, flows, data security, validations)
  • Good understanding and hands on experience: asynchronous apex (Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods)
  • Salesforce Agentforce: hands-on experience building Agents for Internal & External App
  • Salesforce Data Cloud: hands-on experience in ingesting Data from various sources and building RAG models to power intelligent decisions and Agentforce
  • Ability to pick up new Technologies and Tools
  • Successfully Completed all the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce Agentforce Certification
