Job Description:

As an Insurance Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, supporting your team to meet retention and income targets, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll act as a deputy to the Operations Manager, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on support to your colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Lead by example in delivering outstanding client service and advice
Support and coach team members to achieve KPIs and professional growth
Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring high standards are met
Champion a culture of fairness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Handle complex insurance queries and referrals with confidence and expertise

Requirements:

CII Certificate in Insurance
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
Organised, proactive, and quality-driven
Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
