Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in user experience design or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs and industry trends
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams to implement global process improvements based on user insights, coupled with experience mentoring junior team members in user-centered design practices
  • Exceptional ability to influence decision-making at the senior leadership level, driving strategic alignment and adoption of design principles
  • Extensive business expertise in performing highly complex digital and physical product and service design
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading major business projects within an Experience Design context
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
