Job Description:

Fever is looking for an Exhibition Manager for an art exhibition event in Singapore. The exhibition uses technology and innovative thinking to create an experience considered by some as an artwork in itself. The role includes managing HR, health and safety, building maintenance, and ensuring positive guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure a high level of service to every guest and colleague
Oversee all on-site Human Resources (HR)
Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the exhibition and building
Act as a duty manager for the building
Coordinate events

Requirements:

Act as a duty manager for the building
Have experience in general HR practice
Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service
Publicly represent our exhibition partners and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
Demonstrate practical use of excel and word
Confident and competent in the use of basic technology with an ability to troubleshoot on the spot
Work unsocial hours as required
Maintain confidentiality
Be able to independently support and develop a team including managers, supervisors and guest assistants
Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably requested to ensure the smooth running of the venue
Be comfortable with assessing risk and able to manage building safety accordingly
Be comfortable managing a budget and taking financial responsibility of the business
Demonstrate a hands on lead by example approach to every working day
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate events
