The Executive Team Lead will provide strategic operational support under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive, serving as their primary operational liaison. Proactively manages cross-functional administrative processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity.
Job Responsibility:
Providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and comprehensive meeting preparation
Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making processes
Assisting with marketing initiatives, presentation development, and conference planning and execution
Anticipating executive needs and proactively addresses requirements to maintain optimal workflow
Ensuring all communications and materials produced reflect organizational standards and executive preferences
Requirements:
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant years of experience
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Exceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the capacity to manage confidential information with absolute discretion while supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
