Job Description:

The Executive-Sales position at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco involves supporting sales and marketing operations, maintaining guest loyalty, processing reservations, and training and motivating employees. This role emphasizes professionalism, developing relationships, and upholding quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Train and motivate employees
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
