Job Description:

As an Executive-Sales at Aloft Shanghai Hongqiao, you will perform various sales and guest service responsibilities, promote the Marriott brand, support the Sales & Marketing department, and motivate team members while ensuring professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty
give complimentaries to guests as gifts
promote brand image
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
support Sales & Marketing with general office duties
train and motivate employees
maintain confidentiality and professional standards
anticipate and address guest service needs
develop and maintain positive working relationships
monitor the performance of others
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification
