Executive Pastry Chef position at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, accountable for overall success of daily pastry operations, exhibiting creative baking and decorating talents while leading staff in preparing quality pastries for all areas. Works to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operating budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Experience in pastry operations management
