Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing plan (promotion, events, external collaboration) to increase mall’s visitation
Create and schedule social (approved) contents, photos, and relevant information to the mall’s website and social media application (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other related platforms)
Manage and ensure information between mall with media and general public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning
Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and publishers to ensure collaboration in marketing activities
Ensure customer facing communication materials (posters, information, caption) are in good order
Assist in the administrative and corporate records of the department
Support and responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities, and capex items
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
Any related course or professional course attended
Fresh graduates are encouraged
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
Fluent English, both in written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office applications
Nice to have:
Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
Experience with marketing, event planning/management, public relations, digital management, and other related industry will be an added advantage
