As the Executive Lounge Team Leader, you will be a key support to the Lounge operation, ensuring smooth daily service while delivering an elevated experience to our elite guests. In this hands-on role, you will lead by example on the floor, support your fellow associates during service, assist with guest needs, and help maintain the high standards of the Lounge.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with daily Lounge service including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails
Ensure the Lounge remains clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
Manage guest flow and seating to maintain a relaxing and premium atmosphere
Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations
Assist guests with special requests, liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery
Proactively handle guest feedback and ensure issues are followed up promptly
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering to support Lounge operations
Foster teamwork, positive communication, and a supportive work environment
Lead by example in delivering Wonderful Hospitality, Always
Work alongside the management team to support the training of new hires
Assist with stock checks, replenishing supplies, and maintaining presentation standards
Report maintenance, cleanliness, or service issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments
Maintain accurate records of lounge usage & feedback
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations
Follow all company policies and procedures
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets
protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers
