Executive Lounge Team Leader

• Assist with daily Lounge service including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails
• Ensure the Lounge remains clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
• Manage guest flow and seating to maintain a relaxing and premium atmosphere
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations
• Assist guests with special requests, liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Proactively handle guest feedback and ensure issues are followed up promptly
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Engineering to support Lounge operations
• Foster teamwork, positive communication, and a supportive work environment
• Lead by example in delivering Wonderful Hospitality, Always
• Work alongside the management team to support the training of new hires
• Assist with stock checks, replenishing supplies, and maintaining presentation standards
• Report maintenance, cleanliness, or service issues promptly to supervisors or relevant departments
• Maintain accurate records of lounge usage & feedback
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
