Job Description:

The Executive Lounge Agent role involves providing exceptional guest services, including directions and information about the property, handling guest requests, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include communicating VIP arrivals, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a positive work environment with a focus on outstanding service and quality assurance.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems
follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
record and relay messages accurately
respond to special requests from guests
communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
identify and recommend new ideas to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to speak with others using clear and professional language
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of local areas of interest and activities
familiarity with property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
