Job Description:

Temporary opportunity supporting a fast-moving CEO at an executive search firm in St James's Park, London. The role involves handling diverse administrative tasks, scheduling, liaising globally, and managing sensitive information in a high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing seamless EA support including diary management, meeting scheduling and gatekeeping
liaising with global team members, clients, and high-level candidates - often across multiple time zones
communicating via both WhatsApp and email
managing a wide range of personal and professional tasks, including occasional support around the CEO's three children
handling sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
proactively flagging issues, seeking clarification when needed, and stepping up when priorities shift

Requirements:

Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in unstructured, fast-paced environments
excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters tactfully
comfortable using WhatsApp professionally - candidates should be open to using their phone, though options can be discussed
highly organised, detail-oriented and confident navigating ambiguity
emotionally intelligent, self-sufficient, and adaptable
happy to work Monday to Thursday in the office (9am-5:30pm), with flexibility if business needs evolve
