Our client, a dedicated non-profit organisation, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. The role involves diary management, travel coordination, managing documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts
Travel Coordination: organise travel arrangements for Directors
Resource Management: Maintain organised documentation and files for easy access
Meeting Coordination: Assist in organising team events, take action notes during significant meetings, and ensure all logistics are seamless
Communication Relay: Act as a point of contact for Directors, ensuring clear and effective communication
Expense Management: Process expense claims and invoices in a timely manner
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PA, Team Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior leaders and stakeholders
Technological proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Attention to detail in preparing documentation and tracking actions
