We are seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support members of the senior leadership team, including the CFO and other executives. The role requires a proactive, perceptive, and detail‑oriented professional capable of managing complex calendars, coordinating high‑stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless leadership operations. This position is pivotal within the organization, acting as a strategic partner to executives, anticipating their needs and enabling them to focus on key priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize commitments, and anticipate conflicts
Ensure executives meet the right stakeholders at the right time
Plan and execute detailed travel programs, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, meals, and venue arrangements
Coordinate logistics related to offsites, QBRs, and executive events
Organize and prepare leadership meetings, town halls, and cross‑functional events
Manage room bookings, agendas, materials, and vendor coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Ensure timely communication flow and follow‑ups on action items
Prepare executive presentations, documents, and reports
Handle expense submissions and PO creation
Maintain structured documentation and operational processes
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced environments
Ability to anticipate needs and intuitive understanding of executive priorities
Excellence in organization and time management
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
High proficiency with productivity tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to prepare presentations and operate digital workflows efficiently
Confidential, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
