We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support while managing essential human resources functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen ability to handle sensitive information. Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries to ensure seamless scheduling
Oversee HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate personnel records
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, fostering clear communication and efficient workflow
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, providing support as needed
Administer benefit programs, ensuring employees receive accurate information and assistance
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and update employee data, ensuring compliance with company policies
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and other organizational activities
Monitor and manage office supplies and resources to maintain an efficient work environment
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations and benefits administration
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other office management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience with onboarding processes and maintaining personnel records
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
