You will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Responsibilities include calendar management, inbox management, travel arrangements, administrative support, and collaboration with stakeholders. You'll also ensure confidentiality and discretion, working in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Managing complex calendars and diaries effectively, ensuring all appointments and meetings run smoothly
Handling all aspects of inbox management, filtering emails, and responding appropriately on behalf of the executives
Coordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and managing itineraries
Providing administrative support such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events
Notetaking and producing accurate and timely minutes for meetings
Upholding confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in diary management, inbox management, and other administrative tasks
