We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, handling changes, and resolving conflicts
Prepare correspondence, reports, and memoranda with precision and attention to detail
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Attend meetings and events, take detailed notes, and transcribe minutes for consistent communication
Facilitate site visits and collaborate with government and community entities to ensure successful outcomes
Assist in preparation for agency accreditation, licensing, and reviews as requested
Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments to maintain trust and credibility
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the administrative department
