Robert Half is partnering with a local business who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. Based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, this role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for executive-level tasks and projects, acting as a trusted partner in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate multiple executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments to ensure effective time management
Serve as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with discretion and professionalism
Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling materials, and recording meeting minutes
Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring seamless executive travel experiences
Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring deliverables are met on time
Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
Manage expense reports and budgets using company-approved systems
Provide support for event planning, including logistics coordination and vendor communication
Undertake other administrative and operational tasks as required by executives or the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives or senior management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other project management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively under deadlines
High levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role
