We are seeking an organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to support our sales department and play a key role in our continued expansion. As a vital member of our sales operations, you will serve as the central hub between our sales representatives, merchants, and partners.
Job Responsibility:
Daily Support: Provide ongoing assistance to sales representatives both in the field and at the office
Coordination: Manage inquiries and follow-ups with automotive merchants
Sales Documentation: Prepare, update, and distribute sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and presentations
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and sales enablement tools
Customer Experience: Communicate with customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous optimization of internal sales processes
Requirements:
