To provide comprehensive executive support for two-three Executive General Managers by undertaking a wide range of administrative and strategic support duties associated with their daily management and operation of their roles.
Job Responsibility:
Calendar management to ensure time is managed according to their priorities
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues
Organise meetings and events – team meetings, offsites, workshops, team conferences, and functions
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Email inbox management - sorting incoming emails and actioning responses where possible
Prepare reports and presentations
Collaborate with EA cohort to streamline portfolios and meetings
Travel bookings and coordination
Coding invoices for approval
Requirements:
Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
5+ years’ experience supporting C suite executives
Advanced computer skills / knowledge
Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate and work well with others
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands and work to deadlines
Ability to plan and organise meetings, office events, and guest hospitality
Ability to plan cost-effective travel and accommodation
Demonstrates initiative, resilience and flexibility
