Robert Half is in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in Bloomington, MN. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on high-level business priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and coordinate busy executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements
Serve as the liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
Attend meetings as needed to take and distribute minutes promptly, keeping track of action items for follow-up
Assist with food orders and planning of other business-related meetings as requested
Proactively identify challenges, offering solutions and ensuring timely execution of tasks
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executives
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings
Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow across conflicting priorities
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, data entry, and maintaining executive records
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership (minimum 3 years required)
Experience working in dynamic environments where prioritization and adaptability are key
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Experience coordinating executive-level projects or events
