Your future employer is a car park management and solutions company that is rapidly expanding and seeking talented individuals to enhance their market presence.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, research and secure potential car park sites (clients) to support the company’s expansion goals
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess site potential and industry trends
Present the company’s products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner
Build strong relationships with clients to guide them through the sales funnel
Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients
Support the implementation of performance-driven KPIs and incentive programs for the team
Track, analyse and report on KPIs (number of leads, conversion rates, revenue forecast)
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field
1-2 years (for Executive) and 3-5 years (for Assistant Manager) of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition
Knowledge and experience in the car park/property industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
