Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant Business Manager to support their CEO in managing key relationships, driving corporate development activities, and ensuring seamless executive operations. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and strengthen relationships with key partners
Ensure regular engagement and follow-up with strategic partners to drive long-term collaboration
Prepare briefing materials and reports for the CEO's key external meetings
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board, investors, and other key stakeholders
Coordinate and prepare Board materials, investor updates, and executive reports
Manage communication between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities
Oversee the CEO's external engagements, including speaking opportunities, media appearances, and industry events
Draft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content
Ensure consistency in messaging across public and private engagements
Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal prioritisation of meetings and travel
Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Conduct market research and prepare business cases for growth opportunities
Support the CEO in commercial discussions and negotiations
Requirements:
Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, draft high-quality content, and represent the CEO effectively
Proven track record of managing complex schedules, projects, and relationships
Understanding of corporate strategy, business development, and stakeholder management
Ability to handle confidential matters with the highest level of integrity
A self-starter who anticipates needs, solves problems, and ensures seamless execution of tasks
