We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant for a newly formed organization focused on delivering exceptional customer support across a team of 2,000 employees and 4,000 delivery partners.
Job Responsibility:
manage general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records systems, and basic bookkeeping
review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements
analyze incoming communications and determine their significance and distribution
prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings and committees
organize travel arrangements and support meeting planning
maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
experience managing calendars and rhythms of business (RoB)
ability to work independently and manage time effectively
event planning and leadership capabilities
must be located in Charlotte, NC
