Job Description:

The Execution & Delivery Lead plays a vital role in driving the successful delivery of strategic projects and initiatives within Production Management. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on project execution and strategic oversight, requiring both strong project management skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and actively participate in the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving successful outcomes. This includes hands-on involvement in project tasks, not just oversight
Effectively 'connect the dots' by identifying and bringing together relevant individuals and resources across different teams to support project success
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals and progress
Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and innovation within the organization
Develop and deliver presentations, progress reports and other materials for senior management
Ensure Production Management's adherence to technology architecture standards and guidelines. Actively participate in the implementation and execution of architecture governance frameworks and structures, driving adoption and compliance
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, extract actionable insights, and inform decision-making within operational workflows, contributing to continuous improvement
Effectively manage and deliver on ad-hoc, high-priority requests, often under tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in production management, project delivery, governance, or related roles, ideally within financial services
Possess a foundational understanding of IT concepts and experience working with new technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly evolving technological landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a focus on creating professional-quality presentations and reports
Advanced knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, effectively communication across technical levels and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills – with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team
