Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Excursions Agents in Ibiza. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate booking updates with key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams
ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions, groups and transfers meet the agreed quality and operations standards
oversee Operation during excursion operation day
support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accidents
manage and load all bookings into the system
manage supplier relations and expectations
guarantee that all information is collected for invoicing purposes
manage amendments and communicate them to Service Delivery Team and suppliers

Requirements:
