Job Description:

Responsible for preparing event documentation and coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional service throughout the event phases. Key focus on billing accuracy, customer satisfaction, seamless event logistics, and team leadership. Includes contribution to sales processes, forecasting, and service performance improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate pre-event, event, and post-event phases
ensure billing accuracy
manage group room blocks and meeting spaces
act as liaison between sales and customers
lead formal event meetings
oversee customer experiences
conduct employee service behavior feedback
improve service performance
assist sales and marketing with forecasting and up-selling.

Requirements:

Experience in event management or hospitality industry
ability to coordinate and communicate event details effectively
knowledge of billing accuracy and procedural adherence
ability to solve operational challenges
expertise in customer service and guest relations
leadership skills to manage event teams
skills in sales process and revenue forecasting
ability to use judgment to integrate current event trends
familiarity with creating action plans for service improvement.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of event design trends
familiarity with enhancing customer experience through feedback integration
experience participating in customer site inspections
ability to up-sell products and services.
