As an Event Manager at Polygon Labs, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our global event strategy, with a strong focus on fintech, enterprise, and payments audiences. Reporting into Marketing, you will own the planning and delivery of high-impact owned and third-party events that build brand credibility, deepen enterprise trust, and accelerate ecosystem engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Polygon Labs’ global event portfolio, including flagship owned events, third-party conferences, executive-level roundtables, partner activations, and internal events
Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and operational workflows to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Lead vendor and agency management, including contract oversight, negotiations, and performance management across venues, production partners, and event services
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure events support broader brand, messaging, and go-to-market objectives
Partner with the executive team to plan and execute high-touch engagements, including speaking opportunities, private meetings, and institutional-facing events
Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders before, during, and after events
Measure event effectiveness through post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve future programs
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with ownership of large-scale, global events
Proven experience planning and executing events for enterprise, fintech, payments, or institutional audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with senior leaders and executive teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience working in web3, blockchain, or emerging technology environments
Familiarity with global third-party conference ecosystems and executive-level event formats
Experience supporting go-to-market or brand-led event strategies in high-growth organizations
