Join our team as an Events Administrator for a vibrant non-profit organization based in Holborn, Central London. This is a temporary position offering the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while enhancing administrative skills in a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Responsibility:
Managing inbox and handling inbound inquiries from stakeholders via telephone and email
Triage and redirect inquiries to relevant colleagues
Escalate complex queries or complaints promptly to meet Service Level Agreements
Coordinating meetings and managing diaries for both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting essential administration tasks across team activities including proofreading documents, updating website information, taking detailed meeting notes, and booking meeting rooms
Handling pre and post-event administration tasks such as preparing joining instructions, sending thank you letters, issuing CPD certificates
