The ideal candidate will be within 2 years, or less, of graduation/successful completion of their degree

Job Responsibility

Representing ESI as an ambassador to clientele, design teams, city officials, and subcontractors
Assist in all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operations, project close-out, and warranty, depending on phase of assigned project
Manage project documentation control, including organizing, maintaining, and updating plan updates (ASIs, CCDs, etc.), RFIs and responses, submittals, and taking and distributing meeting minutes
Assist in the management and coordination of on-site trades
Administrative support to project management team
Bid activities
Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs
Subcontract/Purchase order distribution and tracking
Compliance documentation and tracking
Change management document distribution and tracking

Job Responsibility

Assist in the set-up and operation of large- and small-scale audiovisual system for live events while ensuring the utmost client satisfaction
Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment
Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication
Meets with guests on site to ensure that their needs are met, and the equipment setup is working properly
Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the events' duration
Understands and fosters the hotel/client relationship
