Job Responsibility:
Greet exhibitors as they arrive and guide them to their stands
Provide event information, including lunch vouchers and Wi-Fi details
Direct exhibitors to refreshment areas and help with registration desk inquiries
Warmly greet attendees and hand out event guides and leaflets
Ensure that every attendee receives an event guide
Monitor session timings and assist with a smooth flow
Remind speakers to set up 10 minutes before their session and keep them on schedule
Encourage attendees to take their seats and engage during sessions
Clean headphones post-session and place them back on chairs
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in event management is a plus
A proactive, friendly, and approachable attitude
Nice to have:
