Event Manager

• Take ownership of event planning following contract finalization by the Sales Team
• Guide and support clients throughout the entire event lifecycle
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and collaborate closely with Conventions Sales Coordinators and Executives
• Prepare and manage detailed event documentation including schedules, functions sheets, and invoice reviews
• Work in Partnership with Revenue Management to ensure optimal utilization of room and meeting space capacities
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals within the Convention Planning Team
• Lead and Participate in pre- and post-conference briefings as well as site inspections
• Design and implement training programs, assist with onboarding and actively support the professional development of team members

• Experience in hospitality and event sales
• Proficiency in English
• German is an advantage
• Relevant practical event management experience
• Completed vocational training is preferred
• Passionate about Convention Sales
• Stay calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
• Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills
