Job Description:

Event Coordinator role for Fever Originals, coordinating operations and logistics of Candlelight concerts in Plymouth. Responsibilities include liaising with artists and suppliers, creating schedules, managing staff and venues, as well as acting as the main point of contact onsite during events.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate operations and logistics of events
liaise with artists and suppliers
negotiate rates for bookings
create schedules and advance documents
book and train staff
attend weekly updates with the project team
oversee inventory storage solutions
manage scheduled event timings onsite
implement production details, policies, and procedures
deal with customer queries and complaints
encourage high performance within the team
provide photographs and feedback after events
represent Fever and Candlelight brands fully through professional communication.

Requirements:

Ability to travel often to manage the events
ideally be local to Plymouth, England
strong organizational skills
ability to liaise with artists and suppliers
capacity to create schedules and advance key documents
negotiation skills
ability to book and train staff
ability to attend weekly project updates
oversee inventory for storage solutions
fill in Event and Incident Report forms
conduct site visits for potential venues
ability to manage scheduled event timings
experience implementing production details, policies, and procedures
customer service skills to handle queries and complaints
leadership and team management skills
provide feedback and photographs of events.

Nice to have:

Experience in event management
ability to represent brands professionally
customer service experience.
