Event Coordinator

• Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff
• Communicate directly with Fever Originals manager
• Full visibility into staff roster
• Set schedule
• Communicate with staffing agency about any reschedules of events
• Ensuring each staff member is trained in their duties
• Validate tickets
• Accommodate guests to their seats
• Guarantee all staff undergo thorough safety measures training
• Manage inventory for venues
• Manage printing needs
• Manage guest lists for all events
• Manage opening and closing remarks at events
• Daily reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers about event status
• Assist with evaluating and executing walkthroughs of potential venues
• Represent Fever and Candlelight brand through professional communication and management
• Act as main customer service representative at events

• 2+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree
• Native German and fluent English
• Interest and passion for live music and organizing event
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience leading an on-site team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good ability to work in a pressured environment
• Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable)
