Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming participants and managing a smooth check-in process using iPads
  • Handing out bib numbers, race-day essentials, and merchandise vouchers
  • Distributing wristbands, timing chips, refreshments, and smiles
  • Supporting the event sponsors and merchandise team (some lifting may be required)
  • Keeping the energy high and the vibes positive all day long

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • A positive, confident, and hardworking attitude
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Well-presented and ready to represent the brand with a smile
