Evening Floor Technician

This full-time evening position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in commercial floor care. No prior experience required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and clear pathways into advanced technician and leadership roles. You’ll work with a small mobile crew completing commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training — you bring reliability and pride in your work. This is active, physical work that requires standing for extended periods and handling floor equipment nightly.
