This European Sales Manager role will see you out of the country up to 70/80% of your time depending on your home base. You will report directly to the UK Managing Director and you will be responsible for maximising profitable sales of our products across your territory.
Job Responsibility:
Work with, and manage our key distributors to create demand for our products by providing site support to end-users and wider industry stakeholders
Manage direct reports across the European territory (currently 3) and ensure as a team you are driving sales in the region
Plan and implement a business development strategy for your region
Manage your own diary and activity – this is an autonomous role and requires someone used to planning and managing their own time, travel and accommodation where required
Prepare monthly reports of sales activity including general customer feedback, progress against plan and competitor activity
Requirements:
Knowledgeable in the technical consumables world of paints, resins, coatings, adhesives, construction, flooring, roofing, abrasives
Able to clearly communicate at all levels, with fluency in English and any other European languages would be an advantage
A highly motivated self-starter, able to see things commercially and prioritise workload as a result
In possession of a full driving license and passport and willingness to travel throughout Europe as required
