Job Description:

We are looking for an EU Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to support the implementation of EU cybersecurity and resilience regulations (NIS2 & CER) across the organization. This is a coordination and compliance support role, focused on tracking regulatory obligations, managing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work closely with Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, Legal, and other internal stakeholders. Previous hands-on experience with NIS2 or CER is not required – onboarding and guidance will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate compliance activities related to NIS2 and CER directives
  • Track regulatory obligations, national transpositions, and key deadlines
  • Maintain a regulatory compliance calendar and documentation repository
  • Support regulatory registrations and administrative interactions with authorities
  • Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and audit-ready evidence
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, business continuity, and legal teams

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, paralegal, or regulatory coordination roles
  • Experience working with regulations or EU directives (e.g. GDPR)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent English required
  • additional languages are an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Background in legal support / paralegal work
  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma, IT, financial services, manufacturing)
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, data protection, or risk management topics
