Job Description:

Join us at TUI UK & Ireland as an Estates Surveyor to manage our diverse property portfolio with excellence and innovation. You will oversee Landlord & Tenant, Estate Management, and Asset Management matters, primarily for non-retail properties like airports and offices across the UK & Ireland, often building and maintaining critical relationships with stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all Landlord & Tenant, Estate Management, and Asset Management matters for our non-retail properties
  • Oversee rent reviews, lease renewals, and settlements in line with market conditions
  • Actively manage and review all property costs and occupation for Airline Properties
  • Deliver property acquisitions, disposals, downsizing, and relocations
  • Manage surplus, onerous, or sublet properties to drive income and minimize risk
  • Ensure optimal value and protection for both internal and external customers
  • Build and maintain critical relationships with airports and other stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations and communicate progress on property matters to senior teams
  • Collaborate with Finance and Airline Commercial Teams for asset management and budget processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Strong commitment to cost-effectiveness, process improvement, and compliance
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to work
  • Flexible, focused, and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Background in commercial office and/or airline property is required.
