Job Description:

Combining your love for coffee and passion for problem-solving and customer service, you will help our customers get excited about their beautiful equipment and be there in times of need. No two days will be the same as you travel out to visit our awesome customers in cafes all over the UK.

Job Responsibility:

  • Travel to visit customers in cafes all over the UK
  • Help customers get excited about their equipment and be there in times of need
  • Attend to emergencies out of hours (pre 9am, post 5pm and weekends) when on-call
  • Provide a 7 day a week service to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Genuinely enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life
  • A passion for problem solving
  • Exceptional time management and a head for admin
  • Self-motivated
  • Good eye for detail
  • A full clear driving license is essential
  • Comfortable driving a van in London and long distances
  • A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required
  • Some work with coffee machinery is essential
  • Strong lateral thinking & troubleshooting skills are essential
  • Willingness to travel
  • Some weekend hours will be required

  • Compile, report, and interpret monthly statistics for direct technicians and third-party service providers
  • Manage and resolve service provider and agent complaints regarding equipment and technical services
  • Monitor B2B key KPIs, including 2nd Repair, NTF, SLAs, and Survey Results
  • Track B2C key KPIs, such as TAT, 2nd Repair, NTF, and 172's
  • Collaborate with the TQM Project Manager to ensure the successful launch of new Nespresso Professional and B2C machines
  • Review sales and technical documentation to assess market needs and assist in developing service cost models, training requirements, and market delivery strategies
