The ARP Program (Airbus Resource Planning) is the cornerstone of Airbus's digital transformation, aiming to harmonize and optimize industrial processes across all global sites. This initiative sets new industry standards, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling production ramp-up by reimagining aerospace manufacturing and E2E flows through SAP. In order to support the ARP Programme, we are looking for a Solution Manager (d/f/m) dedicated to the German perimeter. As a bridge-builder between the digital and physical worlds, you will act as the vital translator between Business Operations, Functional and technical teams. You aren't just an engineer; you are a strategic leader who 'connects the dots' between ERP logics and real-world aircraft production.
Job Responsibility:
Orchestrate in-depth workshops to translate operational shop-floor needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes
Lead pioneering projects that integrate emerging technologies with existing SAP solutions, ensuring they align with global industrial strategies
Distill highly technical SAP developments into clear visualizations and documentation to drive buy-in from top-level stakeholders
Collaborate within SAFe Multi-Functional Teams to deliver seamless industrial solutions, providing strong orientation and leadership to the wider community
Drive the reimagining of E2E flows to enhance production ramp-up and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics
At least 15 years of experience in complex industries like Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense
10+ years of technical expertise in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of modules like MM, PP, SD, and EWM for SAP
Proven ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies while managing complex Change Management initiatives
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence both developers and business managers
Fluency in English (German is a real plus)
Willingness to travel approximately 20%
