Job Description:

This role combines ERP user support with hands-on internal IT assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting both business processes and core IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Level 1–2 support to ERP users (access issues, errors, permissions, procedures)
  • Design, modify, and maintain ERP reports (e.g., RDLC, XML, Power BI – depending on your profile)
  • Test new features, reports, or configurations in a test environment
  • Document procedures, user guides, and system changes
  • Train users on new procedures and knowledge updates
  • Collaborate with external partners to follow up on fixes or enhancement requests
  • Provide technical support to users (office software, printers, network access, etc.)
  • Perform basic user account management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Participate in the maintenance of IT assets (inventory, updates, workstations)
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment (PCs, softphones, etc.)
  • Perform simple preventive maintenance tasks (patching, basic security checks)

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical education in IT (college diploma, certification, or equivalent)
  • Experience with an ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic networking
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, or others)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to simplify and explain technical concepts
  • Team spirit and strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication and teaching skills to support and train users
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English and to communicate, as needed, with English-speaking vendors or technical support providers
