ERP/Data Consultant

• Extract and modify data from AS400 for further processing
• Utilize NetSuite for data mapping and management
• Utilize SQL, specifically Oracle, for data manipulation and management
• Assist in various team tasks as needed, demonstrating a strong work ethic and team spirit
• Use Client Side Scripting and Microsoft technologies for various business process functions
• Contribute to the creation and modification of Business Requirement Documents
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required
• Should have a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and services is necessary
• Demonstrated ability to perform Business Process Functions
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Document is a must
• Must have proficiency in using NetSuite
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL is required
• Should have a strong understanding of Oracle SQL
• Familiarity with AS400 system is necessary
• Experience with AS400 RPG is a plus
