We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Architect to join our team in New Gloucester, Maine. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design scalable solutions and optimize Salesforce systems for enhanced business performance and user experience. As this is a contract position with the potential for a long-term opportunity, you will have the chance to demonstrate your skills and contribute to impactful projects.
Job Responsibility:
Create and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with organizational objectives and ensure high performance
Translate complex business requirements into clear, functional architecture and seamless system integrations
Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet specific needs
Integrate Salesforce with core systems such as Business Central, Powerfaids, and Paycom
Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and administrators to enhance user engagement and system functionality
Oversee testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth implementation of updates
Maintain comprehensive documentation and enforce governance standards to uphold security and compliance
Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and system limitations
Identify opportunities to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem for scalability and growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and managing complex system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a dynamic environment
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security measures, data modeling, and system limits
