The Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business is seeking an experienced web project manager. The ideal candidate will successfully lead the MMS website experience and content migration project – inclusive of the web content management system (CMS) – from Ingeniux to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will work with a team of marketers, external consultants and an in-house digital “Center of Excellence” team to establish exceptional web experiences for MMS customers. This role will focus on process that leads to the delivery and build of an optimal website experience for our customers. This requires stellar project management skills and a mastery of agile methodologies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage overall and take ownership of web migration project execution and delivery
Partner effectively with business stakeholders, internal IT and external consultants
Assist and review development of migration project scope, considering resources, and technological constraints with consideration to business impacts and identified risks
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. This can include wireframing, conceptual prototype designs, sitemaps & project scope of work
Provide clear project instructions/feedback to consultants as well as in-house digital development team
Consult with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities
Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the business unit teams, and across BD corporate digital teams
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities during the migration to AEM
Review and prepare deliverables (e.g., web page content) prior to marketing, legal and regulatory (MLR) review. Provide project plan and timelines for content review cycles and align internally with reviewers
Ensure website development processes and procedural project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Collaborate with stakeholders and other parties to analyze tradeoffs between website usability and performance needs
Ensure that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of an optimal solution
Assisting with developing AEM-specific quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing where needed

Proven expertise with website migrations, especially familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience leading projects to implement, enhance or improve digital marketing tools and processes
Strong knowledge of frontend or backend web development
Knowledgeable about responsive design, HTML5, CSS3 media queries, web design standards, usability, and rich media
Experience in working with large/complicated or matrixed corporate sites
A solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
An ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to time to alleviate potential issues
Proven team building skills
Great attention to detail and must be highly organized
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar degree. Masters degree is highly desirable
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Knowledge of project management and/or prototype software such as MS Teams, Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Sketch, InVision App, etc.
