Johnson Service Group is looking for an Entry Level Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! You will be supporting multiple Regional/National clients by recruiting and placing consultants on primarily long-term consulting assignments. You will have the opportunity to recruit multiple lines of business for multiple Fortune 500 clients across a wide section of the U.S.

Job Responsibility:

  • Active identification and recruiting of candidates
  • Constant maintenance of submitted candidates and scheduling interviews/interview prep
  • Consistently update Bullhorn (Applicant Tracking System) ATS to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interview summaries
  • Work diligently with leadership to understand our clients, our clients' job requirements, and the skills our clients need

Requirements:

  • Hard-working, coachable, competitive, results-driven, and strong communications skills (phone/written) are a must
  • Strong computer skills including MS Outlook and MS Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
